How this is measured
Stake is HYPE delegated to each validator (API units of 1e-8 HYPE). Share = part of the total across all validators returned. commission = the validator's cut of staking rewards. apr30 = the API's predicted staking APR over the month window, before commission; uptime30 = monthly uptime fraction. Jailed validators earn no rewards until unjailed.
