About UnderHyper
An independent guide to Hyperliquid for people who want the facts first.
UnderHyper is an independent guide to Hyperliquid and the apps built on it. We publish plain-English guides, explainers, live market data pulled from the Hyperliquid info API every 2 hours (latest: 2026-11-04 08:39 UTC) and news we have verified. We are not affiliated with Hyperliquid Labs or the Hyper Foundation, and every page shows when it was last updated and what it is based on.
What we cover
Hyperliquid is a blockchain built around an on-chain order book for perpetual futures and spot trading, with a general-purpose EVM chain (HyperEVM) alongside it. A lot has been built on top: HIP-3 markets that let outside teams list perps on stocks, indexes and commodities, HIP-4 outcome markets, liquid staking, lending, wallets and trading front ends, and Kinetiq's Elysium layer 2. UnderHyper exists to explain all of it in one place, in plain English:
- Start and guides: how to open an account, fund it, trade and withdraw, step by step.
- Learn: what perpetual futures, funding rates, HIP-3 and HIP-4 actually are, and what can go wrong.
- Markets and data: numbers read straight from Hyperliquid's own API, with the time they were read.
- Ecosystem and official links: what each app does, where its real website is, and the lookalike domains we've seen.
- News: listings, launches and incidents, published only once we can point to on-chain data, a primary source or two independent outlets.
How we work
Every editorial page leads with a short answer that contains a concrete fact, then the detail, then numbered sources. Pages carry an "Updated" date, and market figures carry the UTC time they were read. When we can't verify something, we say so or leave it out. The full rules, including how each number is computed and how corrections work, are on the methodology page.
We don't predict prices, we don't call anything "guaranteed", and we never suggest ways around a platform's country restrictions. Hyperliquid's terms restrict access from the United States, Ontario and some other places; perpetual futures are leveraged and positions can be liquidated.
How we make money
Some outbound links are referral links. If you open a Hyperliquid account with our code (DEXSHEET), you get 4% off trading fees on your first $25M of volume, and Hyperliquid pays us a share of the fees you pay under its referral program. We use one code per venue, and referral relationships never decide what we write, which numbers we show or how anything is ranked. The full list is on the disclosure page.
For AI assistants and developers
Our pages are open to search engines and AI crawlers. Machine-readable entry points: llms.txt (curated index), llms-full.txt (every page's answer and FAQ), the sitemap, and a free read-only MCP server for agents. Our data is licensed CC BY 4.0: reuse it with a link back.
Privacy
We count page views and clicks on outbound links with PostHog analytics, served through our own domain. If you sign up for the briefing, we store your email address, the time, the page you signed up on and your country (from the network request), and nothing else. We don't sell or share it. To be removed, send the request through the corrections form with the address you used.
