Borrowers pay a variable rate set by each market's rate model. Vault depositors pay the curator's fee: 10% of interest for Felix, Gauntlet and MEV Capital vaults on HyperEVM (Nov 4, 2026); Morpho caps performance fees at 50%.

What Morpho is on HyperEVM

Morpho is a lending protocol that runs on many chains. Its core contract, Morpho Blue, is deployed on HyperEVM, Hyperliquid’s smart-contract chain, at 0x68e37dE8d93d3496ae143F2E900490f6280C57cD.

Morpho Blue works differently from a pooled lender such as HyperLend. Anyone can create an isolated market from five settings: one collateral asset, one loan asset, a price oracle, an interest-rate model and a liquidation LTV (the loan-to-value at which a borrower gets liquidated). Once created, a market’s settings can never change, and trouble in one market doesn’t spread to another.

Most people don’t pick markets themselves. They deposit into a vault run by a curator, who decides which markets the vault lends into and how much. On HyperEVM, Morpho supports both MetaMorpho v1.1 vaults and the newer Vault V2. Interest rates on HyperEVM markets come from Morpho’s Adaptive Curve rate model, which moves the rate with how much of a market is borrowed.

Curators on HyperEVM

FelixThe largest by far: Felix USDC V2 ($7.75M), Felix USDC Frontier ($6.0M), Felix USDT0 V2 ($4.87M), Felix HYPE V2 ($3.15M) and more; 10% performance fee
GauntletUSDC (~$1.45M), USDT0, uETH, USDe, WHYPE and USDhl vaults; 10% fee
K3 CapitalK3 USDC Vault V2 (~$1.18M)
MEV CapitalHYPE (~$1.0M), USDT0, USR and USDC vaults; 10% fee
HyperithmSmall USDT0 and HYPE vaults
Re7HYPE and USDT0 vaults with near-zero deposits; 20% fee
HyperstableSeveral small USH vaults; 50% fee (2.5% on some)

Felix builds its “Vanilla Markets” on Morpho, and Hyperbeat lists Morpho supply vaults from MEV Capital, Re7, Gauntlet and Hyperithm under the name Morphobeat. Vault sizes change daily; treat these as a snapshot.

What it costs

  • Borrowers pay a variable rate set by the market’s rate model.
  • Lenders through a vault pay the curator’s fee, taken from the interest they earn. Morpho caps Vault V1 performance fees at 50% with no management fee; Vault V2 allows up to 50% performance plus up to 5% a year in management fees.
  • Gas on HyperEVM is paid in HYPE.

How to use it

  1. Bridge stablecoins or HYPE to HyperEVM.
  2. Open the Morpho app on HyperEVM, or a curator’s own front end such as Felix or Hyperbeat.
  3. To lend: choose a vault and check its curator, fee, size and the markets it lends into before you deposit.
  4. To borrow: pick a market, deposit collateral, borrow well below the liquidation LTV, and watch your health factor.
  5. Withdraw or repay at any time, subject to available liquidity.

Risks

  • Curator risk. You rely on the curator’s choice of markets and caps. If a market goes bad, the loss is shared by that vault’s depositors.
  • Market design. Each market’s safety rests on the oracle and liquidation LTV its creator picked, and those can’t be changed later.
  • Liquidation. Borrowers are liquidated when the health factor drops below 1. Anyone can liquidate, for a market-specific incentive; Felix publishes 12.67% for WHYPE markets and 7.41% for UBTC markets.
  • Liquidity. Lenders can’t withdraw cash that is fully lent out.
  • Oracles. HyperEVM markets use Chainlink-style oracles from Morpho’s factory, and RedStone in Felix’s markets.
  • Small and unlisted vaults. Many HyperEVM vaults are tiny or not listed in the Morpho app. Check the curator and size first.

Morpho publishes its security reviews and audits on its audits page. Check which reviews cover the contract versions a vault uses before you deposit a large amount.

Who it suits, and alternatives

Morpho suits lenders who want to pick a named curator and borrowers who want a simple one-collateral market. For a pooled Aave-style market, see HyperLend or HypurrFi; for Felix’s mix of a CDP and Morpho markets, see HyperLend vs Felix. HYPE staking tokens such as kHYPE are accepted as collateral in Felix’s Morpho-based Vanilla Markets.

0x68e37dE8d93d3496ae143F2E900490f6280C57cD, according to Morpho's contract-addresses page. Felix's and Hyperbeat's docs list the same address.

Who curates Morpho vaults on HyperEVM?

By size on November 4, 2026 (Morpho API), Felix is by far the largest curator, followed by Gauntlet, K3 Capital and MEV Capital, with smaller vaults from Hyperithm, Re7 and Hyperstable.

How much do Morpho vaults on HyperEVM charge?

The curator sets the fee. Felix, Gauntlet and MEV Capital vaults on HyperEVM take a 10% performance fee and Re7 takes 20%. Morpho caps performance fees at 50%, and Vault V2 management fees at 5% a year.
